    Buyer listed as new and it was and open box product. I paid basically retail and item is used, scratched, and ding. When I brought it to his attention and sent him pictures and asked for some sort of discount he told me that I was trying to take advantage of him and work the system. He was very rude or She for that matter. Condescending, rude, and just hard to deal with so I told them that I just wanted to return the item.  He then stated that I am still trying to work the system.

    The buyer purchases new units, claims them to be used after receiving, and harasses sellers into issuing him refund to sweeten his bargain. Our record speaks for honest sales over years. He is upset as we called out his return fraudulent schemas where he misrepresents items after receiving them, holds sellers into a ransom for refund or a negative feedback. We wish him well but request eBay to investigate his buying practices in ripping off honest sellers. Such dishonesty should be discouraged.
