    I'm on my THIRD ice maker. This one didn't work at all. The drainage pump doesn't work. The first two both stopped working after about 6-7 months. Shame on me. I'm done with this horrible overpriced Avallon brand.

    I purchased one of these ice makers online for a new build two years ago, the ice maker stopped working after 6 months.
    The company said there is nobody local to work on them so they just sent me another unit, that one stopped working after 4 months and leaked water all over my hardwood floor, ruined the floor and cabinets. The company sent me another one, that one stopped working after 5 months.
    They sent me one more and said it’s the last they will send me, that one lasted about 7 months and stopped working. I found a local appliance repair who was willing to look at it and they said that the compressor and circuit boards went out in all 4 and you cannot purchase replacement parts. Worst appliance I’ve ever owned. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

    Company says the circuit board went out and that they have no idea on availability.
    Been waiting for 5 months on part and they still says they cant give me an ETA
    Do not buy!
