    Received the fridge on time. The dimensions are accurate, as the appliance filled the provided space perfectly. So far (3 days) the fridge is running great, chilling wine and soda without an issue. It's also extremely quiet! This is something that worried me, because it's in a butler's pantry that is next to our living room. I didn't want a loud humming coming from the next room when trying to watch tv or hanging out. You can't even hear this thing until you're like 3 feet away from it. The blue backlighting is really nice looking. The temp controls are easy to adjust with the digital readout. Will report back if things go south, but so far so great!

Finally an Amazon customer support person contacted me and told me they were unable to help me and I had the option to pay to have the item fixed out of pocket and submit a reimbursement form.

    The Cooler is great!!! Works as expected and it is not any louder than the fan of a desktop computer. Now let’s go to some other details. The temperature controls take much of the space of the top shelfs on both sides. The floor space is about half the length of the glass shelfs because fridge components that are behind. The capacity of the left side is measured adequately, but the shelf spacing does not allow any bottle bigger than a regular red wine without completely removing a shelf. Something similar happens on the right side. If you consume bottled beer, then you have to remove a shelf. Here is my dilemma. If you remove the first shelf and sit the bottles on the floor you can lay 20 bottles of beer (because of the reduced length of the bottom floor). If you remove the second self and sit the bottles on the first, then you can fit a whole lot more, but since I don’t trust the thickness of the glass shelf to support the added weight I did not try this alternative.

    Finally, a note on delivery. Since this a heavy item Amazon does not deliver, they use a third party company. They call you and make an appointment. For the first appointment I had to take a day of work because of the delivery window. After the window had expire I called the company and asked them if they were going to deliver. They say no because the driver felt he would not be able to drive the truck safely into my neighborhood (big truck with a lift gate) in a residential area. They had my # but never called me I would have told them that the streets in my neighborhood are very wide and at that time of the day there are no cars on the street.
    We make an appointment for the next day after hours. My daughter was sick and I had to stay home. Good thing that happened because the truck came 3 hours early when I was supposed to be at work.

    Don't get me wrong is a great product and I would recomend it, but there are are some details that could be worked in the future.

    I received my EdgeStar ahead of schedule and it was everything that I hoped it would be. Once out of the packaging, it wasn't has heavy as I thought it would be being that I needed to place it into my basement "man cave".

    It keeps my beer and wine nice, cold and ready for me to consume. It is quite and sleek with the adjustable racks that help with accessibility of my beverages.

    So far, so good! Just plugged it in and started using it. Love the blue light you can turn on and off. The delivery people did NOT call for a time, and even though I happened to be home, the man would not bring it in the house, left it on the pallet, on the sidewalk in the rain. Not cool. I covered it with plastic and Had to wait for hubby to get home to bring it in the house. Very expensive for that kind of delivery.
