I have owned several and this is the best I have owned. It was very easy to set up, cooled very quickly and is exceptionally quiet. The pull out trays are a plus. You do have to pull out the gasket to install the handle, but it was not at all difficult. It holds temperature very well. It also looks nice. Although not technically a con, you do have to have space around the unit. Some heat is vented through the sides, which get very warm if you don't have the required airspace. As soon as I gave it the required space, it worked perfectly.

I would not buy this fridge, and would go with a different vendor and product. I bought this fridge in December of 2018 as a Christmas gift for my wife. The fridge died on me after 6 months when the motherboard fried and froze 18 bottles of wine and champagne in the fridge. They sent me a warranty replacement fridge to replace the first fridge in September. After another 3 months (November) the same issue occurred and the motherboard fried and gave error code L-0. This time the fridge froze over $1,000 in wine. Compact Appliances won't provide a refund on any amazon order after 30 days as that is their policy, they will only send you over to the EdgeStar Warranty department for a replacement or warranty repair, even after 2 failed fridges and a significant amount of lost money in wine and Champagne. Based on my experience I would steer-clear of this fridge and company in the future for any appliance purchases I make.

The bottle shelves are too closely stacked, making the bottles difficult to insert and remove. I am disappointed. I expected much more. I hope the constant operation of this unit does also result in much higher electric costs. I am ready to return it for a refund. Buyer beware.
