    This is the third soap lotion dispenser. I have purchased in the last two years from Fergusons. After a few months, they stop pumping completely. I’ve had a plumber work on this as well as taking them back to Fergusons, but no one can get them working again I continue buying the same ones because of the installation expense there seems to be no warranty on these, so I feel the customer service is poor. The last one I bought was used less than three months and now I’ve had to purchase another one. I would not recommend these to anyone, in my last house I had one for over seven years with no problem at all . Less
