    This was a surprise to me. I thought the tank was fully assembled and checked everything, but after assembly, the toilet leaked. The instructions were clear, if you saw leakage, check the flapper collar on the bottom of the tank. So, had to drain it, disassemble the whole tank and tighten the collar which was already pretty tight. Got an extra 1/4 turn and was afraid to use more torque on the porcelain. Reassembled and the 1/4 tightening did the trick, no more leakage! This is a compliant 1.28 gallon flush, which is not a lot of water. It has worked fine with no plugging over the past 2 months, but I did raise the water level in the tank to just below the overflow tube and I hold the handle down to get a full flush. Less

    I cannot review the proflo tank itself as it arrived completely shattered inside the box. Tank was poorly protected with approximately 3ft of brown packing paper between the manufacturers box and the larger shipping box. Seller refused to refund despite pictures. DO NOT BUY from BUILD.COM ! Poor customer service. Less
