While I understand these things can happen, it’s frustrating to receive a defective product when I paid for something new and fully functional. My Amazon return window has already expired because I didn’t open the product right away. That’s on me, but ultimately, this is a quality control issue, not normal wear and tear. I would appreciate ProFlo reaching out to provide a replacement, as this was clearly a defect from the start. If you’re considering this product, I strongly recommend inspecting it immediately upon arrival to avoid the same issue.
