    base delivered damage free. fortunately my walls and floors are plumb and pan fit nice and snug. floor was perfectly level across bottom and pan supports were firm on floor. i was concerned about mortar as no room for expansion. I ultimately used a door and window foam around open perimeter and open area around drain. The pan sits true and there is no flex or creaks. there is an anti-skid that works ok . pan drains well , but water drops tend to stand around anti skid.

    Our Plummer/ installer saw it and said this one is made good. The floor has supportive short circles underneath and an insulation pad. The finish is nice too. Very happy with our purchase😃
