It’s fine. I almost tried to return it because of the reviews about installing it. All you need is a screwdriver. It’s maybe not as easy to install as some other others but it’s really no big deal. I bought this and the Kohler one too, to fix several of my toilet seats. When you look at them, they are about the same, the only difference is how they close. The soft close might be a little bit too much for some people. This one just has a regular open close. It’s a toilet seat. It looks nice. It installs just fine.
