I upgraded from the ProFlow PFTSE2000WH (the lightweight elongated plastic version without a soft-close feature) to the ProFlow PFTSWSC2000, which offers a soft-close function and a heavier, more luxurious feel due to its wooden construction. Unfortunately, as shown in the pictures, the seat and lid do not align properly. Although I did use the provided metal spacers to adjust the alignment, it did not resolve the issue. Additionally, the screws are visible, which feels like a step down in design quality. Overall, the experience of upgrading has been okay, but not as satisfying as I had hoped. Installation was straightforward, but the instructions did not clarify how to use the spacers, which are meant to adjust the seat position slightly forward or backward.

    I bought two of these. I am very happy with the quality of the product very sturdy and heavy. However, the QA process I am not certain about. One came with a broken hinge and a big chip, and the second had a small chip in it (went ahead and kept it). I did not want to post this publicly, but I could not reach out to the seller. Highly recommend the product. Just check the toilet seats for any damage. I had to return the one with the broken hinge had no issues with return or customer service via Amazon - it was great. Ordering two more for my basement. These things happen.
