The only thing that should have been done differently would have been to ship it in a box with packing materials. It was shipped in it's retail box, inside a Fed-Ex bag. Fed-Ex did their very best to destroy it. It's original box was ripped apart. They knocked it's back plate half off, a very difficult task. Retail box all but destroyed. There was no packaging whatsoever, the items are food. They were in a thin plastic envelope- with no packing material, the top of it was torn open and the bottles looked like they rolled around on the floor of a warehouse. I wouldn't have shipped tennis balls in that manner, let alone food items! I would not, could not, and absolutely do not recommend this seller for food items!!
