    I ordered Kichler Model 45512 NI. I was sent Kichler Model 45886 NI. The glass domes were not in the package. I will request a refund from Ebay. As requested, I messaged the seller first. MrFaucets response: "Of course, it was in the package, that is the picture of the actual item and it shows the glass dome.. We had no item like this." Would you agree that this is disrespectful? I encourage you to avoid this seller.

    When you contacted us you never said anything about receiving a different item/ All you said was that dome wasn't included, which I replied saying what you quoted in your message. If you had told us that you had received a wrong item, and provided pictures, we would had issued you a refund immediately. I will give you a full refund now, and you can keep or trash the item, not because you posted a negative feedback, which we dont care, but because we are honest with our business.
