      This was installed by a plumbing company. At 8 yrs we notices a rust spot on it. When we went to take it off it was waterlogged so had failed. Not sure when. We replaced with one from Home Depot with a 5 yr warranty. I think this one only has a 1 yr warranty so hopefully the new one lasts longer.
