Looking at the sellers pictures and I could tell the towel rack was in perfect condition when the seller shipped it. Unfortunately one of the sinks arrived was a model I didn’t order BUT in a box that was labeled as the model I ordered. I asked that they swap it out. Unfortunately they didn’t have another unit. As such they offered to take both back. Which I accepted. I then found a pair of other nice Kohler sinks from them and bought those. My point, things happen, but when you deal with EXCELLENT eBay vendors like this, they fix the problem. Original box was wrapped with extra layer of cardboard, so nicely packaged & protected for shipping. The shower hardware is nice and heavy, beautiful design with polished nickel finish. All metal parts EXCEPT for the hand shower, that is a plastic material and therefore does not feel as substantial. A bit of a disappointment, however it functions as it should. I recommend this product and seller.
