Product was poorly packaged, top was slightly bent, individual wrapping on glass pieces made in extremely difficult to hang and unwrap because you can't tell if any are damaged until it's already hanging. Electrician said the top panel is below several Chain links that required him to crimp the chain to do the final mounting. Amazon CS was good about compensating us for the damage.
