However, after doing so, they refused to cancel the initial order and shipped after 3 days. As such, I ended up with 2 of the same item. Our area was not included in their areas they wouldn't ship to. The order indicated we should receive them by 1/9/26. On 1/6/26, when I still didn't have tacking information I contacted the seller. Then, without explanation, they told me they can't ship these items and they have begun a refund. I haven't received the funds or an explanation for canceling the order.
