I could have made due with the item that was sent except it didn’t have all the parts. When I reached out to customer service they responded by not answering any questions I had and blaming the manufacturer or the fact that they “aren’t management.” I asked twice for a contact and never received one. I have 5 spec homes to purchase for and prefer finding reliable sellers to work with. Follow the TOS rules or you are doomed to failure.
